SEES Annual Fund Raffle November 1-15
Date Posted: Thursday, 9th November 2023

The St. Edward-Epiphany School 2023-2024 Annual Fund Campaign was kicked off on November 1, 2023. The SEES Annual Fund for Excellence is the general, unrestricted fund that directly supplements our school operating expenses. Each year, we try to ensure that we reach our Annual Fund goal while engaging our SEES families in new and exciting ways. This year’s Campaign, the Annual Fund Raffle, will take place from November 1, 2023 until November 15, 2023. Below please find a few important details:

We are asking each SEES family to sell ten (10) Raffle TicketsRaffle Tickets were sent home with your youngest/only student on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. If you did not find an envelope in your student’s red and white folder or backpack, please contact the front office.

Who can purchase Raffle Tickets? Raffle Tickets are $10 each. Anyone can purchase Raffle Tickets.

What are the Prizes? We have 40 awesome prizes (DETAILS). ALL ticket stubs will be entered for a chance to win.

When will the Prize Drawing take place? We will hold a live, random drawing on Friday, November 17, 2023. Winners do not need to be present to claim their prizes and all prizes can be picked up in the school front office during normal business hours. Please note that if a non-school family wins a school-specific prize (e. g. Tag Day passes), we will provide an alternative prize in the form of a gift card.

When and how do I return the funds collected and ticket stubs? All funds for the tickets sold and all completed ticket stubs must be received by your student’s homeroom teacher NO LATER THAN Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Please return the funds/stubs in the original envelope in which you received the tickets — if the envelope is damaged or lost, please be sure you place the money/stubs in a new envelope clearly notated with your student’s name and homeroom. If you are unable to sell/purchase all 10 of your raffle tickets, please contact Mr. Andrew or Mrs. McDonald.

Can I sell additional Raffle Tickets beyond the 10 that I received? Yes! You can! We have an additional 1,660 tickets for sale — they can be purchased using this link:  https://forms.diamondmindinc.com/sees/seesafraffle

As always, we are so incredibly grateful for your time and support of our wonderful school. We are blessed to have such an engaged, loving community that works together for the common goal of providing our children with an exceptional, faith-filled, academically rigorous, Catholic education.
