Games – Fun games (including the cake and bourbon walks) for children and adults of all ages. Tickets are needed to play all the games. They can be purchased in advance, as well as at the event. Pre-purchased tickets will be sent home with the oldest sibling. If you pre-purchase a few days before the event, tickets can be picked up at the registration table on October 27.
Food and Beverage Trucks – This year we are excited to have Quinto Sol Mexican Grill, OPA- Greek cuisine, Cary Town Burgers and fries, Chiki Pancakes, Tipsy Grape, Kona Ice, and House of Huckleberry Popcorn. The food trucks will have kid-friendly, vegan, and gluten-free options. Tipsy Grape will provide non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (ID mandatory). Tipsy Grape provides a wristband for each person consuming alcohol. NO ID- NO wristband
Volunteers – This event cannot run without participation from our SEES families. Please sign up HERE to help make this a huge success. We need volunteers for:
• Cakewalk – delicious baked goods (homemade or purchased) needed!
• Games – each game needs 1-2 volunteers. Time slots are allotted so volunteers will still have time to enjoy the event.
• Set up and Clean up – not the most glamorous but vital to our success and continued ability to host events on school property.
Please click HERE for our Amazon Wish List items – help us to provide prizes for all of the games. Items can be purchased and dropped off at school as well. If you would like to purchase treats in-store they can be dropped off in the front office labeled “Fall Fest.” Please NO Peanut/Tree nut treats.
High schoolers with required volunteer hours can get credit for helping with the Fall Festival!!
Parking – We are hoping for another great turnout like last year. General parking will be in front of our school and Huguenot Baptist Church parking lot. Please be mindful of speed through the neighborhood and while finding parking. Keep an eye out for pedestrians.
