We are so excited to see everyone on Monday at our 2nd Annual SEES “Swing for the Future” Top Golf event. Below please find a few important details and reminders:
Silent Auction: Our Silent Auction opened Friday, 4/29 at 10:00am and will close on Monday, 5/2 at 3:00pm. You do not have to be present to bid and/or win. Visit this link to bid: https://seesswing2022.givesmart.com
Important Event Reminders (for attendees only): Please note that this event is for ticketed guests only. There are no spectator tickets or tickets available for purchase at the door.
Check-in begins at 12:30pm. Bay assignments are listed below. Please be sure to know your bay number to make the check-in process run as quickly/smoothly as possible.
Play begins at 1:00pm. This year’s event is not tournament-style. While there will be displays throughout the venue with player rankings, this event is designed to be recreational so please feel free to play at your leisure and have fun!
Mini-golf will be open for the duration of the event. Feel free to come and go as you please! Parents, please be sure that all young children are supervised at all times.
Buffet Lunch will be served at 1:30pm. Lunch and all non-alcoholic beverages are included and each bay will have its own server to assist with any alcoholic beverages that you may wish to purchase.
Auction check-out begins at 3:30pm and the Event ends at 4:00pm. If you did not win any auction items there is no need to check out. Just please be sure to close any outstanding bar tabs with your server before leaving the venue.
