Lewis Cattle Company! Black Angus cattle pasture-raised in the Shenandoah Valley. All beef is dry-aged, no hormones, no steroids, and no antibiotics. For ordering, you will order on lewiscattleva.com and when you reach delivery options there will be a St. Edward’s pickup day button. The ordering window is Saturday, May 21 through Wednesday, May 25. Pickups will take place on Thursday, May 2 from 5-6pm in the SEES parking lot behind the school.
