Friday, May 2, is St. Edward-Epiphany Catholic School’s May Crowning and Procession—a cherished and meaningful tradition for our school and faith community.

  • All students in JK through 7th grade must arrive in full school uniform.  NO TAG DAYS permitted.
  • Each student should bring a flower to lay at the feet of, or place in one of the vases surrounding, the Mary Statue.
  • The Procession and Crowning will take place outdoors—please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.
  • Students will begin assembling at 8:45 AM.
  • The service will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

8th Grade Students – May Court Attire:
Our 8th grade students will serve as the May Court and should follow the dress guidelines below:

Girls

  • Wear a spring dress.
  • Not permitted: shorts, athletic skorts, spaghetti straps, exposed midriffs or lower backs.
  • Dresses should be modest in length and neckline and suitable for bending/squatting during the ceremony.

Boys

  • Wear a nice polo or button-down shirt.
  • Pair with dress pants or dress shorts of appropriate length.

For 8th Grade Parents planning to attend:

  • Park in either the lot in front of the school or the Grove Pavilion/playground lot.
  • Proceed directly to the back steps of the school, just as you would on a School Mass Day.
