Please visit the home page at www.seeschool.com and click the link to download the supply and summer assignment lists. No login is necessary. All lists correspond with your child’s grade for the 2017-18 school year. Bonus: Students who complete their math practice assignments by August 21 will be eligible to participate in an ice cream party when school starts!

Summer Math IXL Reporting Date Guidelines

When you log on to IXL, please set the reporting start date for any time after June 3. However, the end date will not go past the current day. Choose the current day as the end date. You may change this each time you log in or at the end of summer choose somewhere between August 15 and August 21 as your end date. Everything will be adjusted accordingly.

If your child has previously worked on an IXL strand that has been assigned for summer work, he/she has to complete at least one problem to receive credit. However, once you reach 100%, the strand resets to 0 and you may continue working if you choose. In the end, teachers will be able to see everything your child worked on this summer.

The goal is for them to “stay refreshed” and practice over the summer.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email Amy Young at ayoung@seeschool.com.

Diocesan Middle School Day Camp

If your middle-schooler is interested in the Diocesan Middle School Day Camp, please contact Peggy Byers at peggy.byers@stedwardch.org. It is July 25-29 from 9am to 4pm at St. Michael Church on Gaskins Road. This camp is so much fun! This year’s theme is “Fit For A King.” Kids will meet other Catholic kids from around the area and have a great time playing games, meeting in small groups, going to a water park, and doing a few Catholic things like Reconciliation and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. More info can be found at http://evangelizerichmond.org/events/msdaycamps2017/.
