SEES Eagles Classic Golf Tournament

Thank you for the outpouring of support for the 2nd Annual SEES Eagles Classic Golf Tournament! We have had a great response from our community! Although registration is closed, there are still ways in which you can support this event:

Raffle Tickets can be purchased online through Monday, September 18 at noon and on site the day of the tournament! This is your chance to win two tickets to a practice round of the 2018 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia! The winner will be announced at the reception following the tournament.  Tickets can be purchased by clicking here!

Volunteers are still needed for the day of the Tournament! Please contact hsafundraising@seeschool.com to volunteer today (and earn those HSA hours)!

2018-19 School Year Enrollment Has Begun

We are now accepting new applications for the 2018-19 school year. If you plan on enrolling an additional child, please pick up an application packet from the School Office or send an email request to office@seeschool.com to have a packet sent home with your current student.

October Lunch Ordering is Open

Lunch ordering for the month of October is now open and will close on September 25.

Thursday, September 28 is school portrait day. Order forms were sent home in this past week’s Red and White folder. Please return your order form with exact payment on Picture Day. (Checks should be made payable to Lifetouch.) You may also order in advance of Picture Day online at mylifetouch.com. As a reminder, dress code is school uniform only – no tag day clothes for grades PreK-7th.  8th Grade may wear their Sunday best.

VIRTUS Training at SEES

Please be aware that before you can volunteer for any classroom or school event, you will be required to have completed VIRTUS training. Parents or individuals who have not completed this training will be flagged in our system.

SEES has scheduled a VIRTUS class at St. Edward Epiphany Catholic School on Monday, September 25from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, in Father Herbert Hall. Please note that this class is 2.5-3 hours long. Feel free to bring a snack or dinner.

Please click here to register. Select Richmond to find the VIRTUS class listed under St. Edward the Confessor Church.

Eucharistic Ministers Needed for SEES Masses

Do you attend our SEES Masses frequently or even occasionally? If you do, then you know that it takes a lot of helpers for our worship to flow smoothly! We would like to have a few more Eucharistic Ministers available to support our teachers and students. A brief training session will be open to all interested persons, to be held in the church sanctuary on either Monday 9/25 or Monday 10/2, right after school.

This is a VERY rewarding ministry to be a part of! The only requirement is that you are a confirmed Catholic. Please e-mail Jill Morley at jmorley@seeschool.com to let her know which day works best for you. Thank you for your interest!

Masterpiece Snapshot Blog

Great things are happening at SEES and we want to recognize all of them on our Masterpiece Snapshot Blog. Please send any athletic, artistic and academic achievements to snapshots@seeschool.com. Please provide a photo, child’s name and description of the activity. If you signed the no consent for photo permission (print or web), we are unable to recognize the accomplishment on our blog.

We are very excited to showcase everyone’s achievements.
