Tuition Accounts for New Families

Welcome to our new families! Please visit FACTS at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3R3GD to set up your tuition payment schedule. Once this has been completed, charges will be added, your account will be finalized, and you will receive an email notification. If you should need to make changes to your payment agreement or have questions, please contact Mindy Gerloff at mgerloff@seeschool.com, or (804) 272-2881.

School Supply and Summer Assignments Lists

School supply lists and summer reading/math assignments are posted on the school website. All lists correspond with your child’s grade for the 2017-18 school year. Please visit the home page at www.seeschool.com and click the link to download the supply and summer assignment lists. No login is necessary. Students who complete their math practice assignments by August 21 will be eligible to participate in an ice cream party when school starts. As noted below, the 3rd Grade Math Practice document has been updated.

Summer Math IXL Notes

The Rising 3rd Grade Math Practice document was updated on 7/5/17 to remove a duplicate entry in the Strand Name List and Completion Log sections. The revised document has been posted on the SEES website and may also be downloaded HERE.

When you initially log in to the IXL website, please set the reporting start date for any date after June 3. However, the end date will not go past the current day. Choose the current day as the end date. You may change this each time you log in, or at the end of summer you may choose somewhere between August 15 and August 21 as your end date. Everything will be adjusted accordingly.

If your child has previously worked on an IXL strand that has been assigned for summer work, he/she has to complete at least one problem to receive credit. However, once you reach 100%, the strand resets to 0 and you may continue working if you choose. In the end, teachers will be able to see everything your child worked on this summer.

The goal is for them to “stay refreshed” and practice over the summer.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email Amy Young at ayoung@seeschool.com.
