Advent Reflection
SEES families always look forward to the Advent Reflection because it calls to mind the true meaning of Christmas.

The annual Advent Reflection is an evening program which reminds everyone of the reason we celebrate Christmas. Students from 7th and 8th grade take on the roles of Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, the wise men, and others to provide a living nativity scene while students from 5th and 6th grade read from the scriptures and lead the prayers. The lower grades each take turns singing Advent songs that they learned in music classes. The school choir leads the congregation in sacred songs to further instill the feeling of Advent in everyone's hearts.
