In the Spring of each year, the finance committee sets aside some monies for tuition assistance for parishioners. Any parent who is a parishioner with a child in attendance at SEES and is in need of financial assistance must complete the necessary forms.
The school and the Diocese uses the FACTS Tuition Management program. Detailed information regarding FACTS is available by going to www.factstuitionaid.com. Forms may also be obtained from the school office and must be emailed or sent to FACTS by April 1st. The finance committee evaluates all requests for tuition assistance by May 1st. Parents are notified by the principal regarding tuition assistance by June 1st.
The McMahon Parater Foundation was created by the Bishop of Richmond as a means to secure and enhance the future of Catholic schools in the Diocese of Richmond. The Foundation extends tuition assistance to students attending Catholic schools. Parents may apply for diocesan tuition assistance in early May of each year after applying for assistance through the school. More details are available in the school office.
