Grading System

All schools in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond use a Diocesan Report Card for students in kindergarten through eighth grade.  Our Pre-school and Transitional First Graders receive a different report card every twelve weeks.  All other students receive report cards every nine weeks.

Letter grades:  A, B, C, D

Numerical grades

The Diocesan Grading Scale

A: 93 – 100   

B: 85 – 92   

C: 77 – 84

D: 70 - 76

F: 69 & Below

Honor Roll for Students in Grades 4-8

All academic subjects have a number grade of 85 or higher.
All resource subjects have a grade of B or higher (grades 6,7, 8).
All resource subjects have a grade of E, S, I (grades 4-5)
